Rates include all applicable city, county, and state taxes. Additional surcharges are applicable for special handling items such as tree trunks and palm. Ask attendant for these charges. Deposit may be required.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

A 3% surcharge applies to credit cards. Debit cards are not surcharged.
We do not accept checks.


C&D MATERIALS

Construction and demolition (C&D) materials are discarded building materials resulting from construction, remodeling, repair, cleanup, or demolition operations that are not hazardous, as defined in California Code of Regulations, Title 22 § 66261.3 et seq. This includes, but is not limited to, concrete, cement blocks, fully cured asphalt, brick, lumber and other untreated wood waste, glass, window coverings, gypsum wallboard (drywall), cardboard and other associated packaging, roofing materials, ceramic tile, carpeting and padding and other floor coverings, plastic pipe, scrap metal, dirt, soil, rock, green waste (sod & palm) and other vegetative matter and inerts resulting from land clearing and landscaping for construction or land development projects.


THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED AT OUR FACILITIES

Municipal trash, hazardous or radioactive waste, electronic waste, televisions, computer monitors, infectious or hospital/medical waste, poisons, chemicals, pesticides, liquids of any type, combustible or flammable materials, explosives, partially filled or full paint cans or containers, ash, asbestos, batteries, oily rags or rags with flammable liquids, metals or metallic materials, contaminated soil, biosolids and sewage sludge, tires, manure, live or dead animals or animal parts, septic tank pumping, grease trap pumping, incinerator residue, and painted or treated wood.

Treated wood waste is any wood treated with chemical preservatives to protect from insects and decay. Examples of treated wood include: fence posts, sill plates, landscape timbers, pilings, guardrails, decking, patio wood/posts, railroad ties, telephone poles, and any other chemically treated wood materials such as chromated copper arsenate (CCA) pressure treated wood.
